Our first micro-lot sample pack will include 4 very special coffees which have been selected and profiled by our Head of Coffee and in-house Q-grader Rob McDonald. 

This includes 3 x naturals and 1 x washed coffee. The roast profile of these coffees is what we refer to as an Omni profile, it is a light espresso, or developed filter roast that showcases the spectrum and nuances of the coffees flavour profile using a broad a variety of brewing options.
