At Gigante, our team is the beating heart of everything we do. Made up of skilled roasters and lifelong coffee lovers, we bring a human touch to every stage of the coffee journey. Each team member brings their own expertise — from bean selection to roast development to brewing mastery — united by a shared passion for delivering coffee that stands out. We believe great coffee comes not just from technique, but from the care and intuition of the people behind it. Together, we turn knowledge into flavour and experience into excellence.

Paul Caligiore

A blend of art and science, Paul’s leadership and vision has helped Gigante company grow from strength to strength over the past 25 years.

Paul’s favourite coffee is a V60 pour over.

Rob McDonald

Rob endeavours to learn everything he can about the world of coffee. From the plantations, to fermentation, to roasting and extraction, he’s our inhouse coffee expert (and Q-Grader). Rob’s favourite coffee is a flat white made with a fruity Ethiopian.

Jordan Caligiore

Jordan is the cornerstone of the Gigante operation. From managing roasting and production, to making sure every customer has their needs met. Jordan’s favourite coffee is a latte.

Jack Bennett

Jack takes pride that every order is picked, packed and delivered with 100% accuracy. Jack is our familiar friendly face that brings customers their weekly supply. Jack’s favourite coffee is a strong oat-milk latte.
