Collection: Microlots

Micro lots and Single origins represent the pinnacle of coffee quality and traceability, and at Gigante Coffee, they are central to our craft. A micro lot refers to a small, meticulously managed batch of coffee, often harvested from a specific plot, altitude, or varietal, that showcases unique flavor characteristics and exceptional care in cultivation and processing. Single origin means the coffee comes from one region, farm, or even microlot, allowing the distinctive land and farming practices of that location to shine through in the cup.
